Bulgaria remains stable partner for investors

Investors’ interest in Bulgaria is serious, but our main goal is attracting major companies and industries, as well as high-tech companies. Our goal is ending the year in positive territory, head of the InvestBulgaria Agency, Stamen Yanev, told the Bulgarian National Radio, commenting on data by the Bulgarian National Bank for a drop in foreign investments in this country. Growth of investments on an annual basis was marked in May and June, Mr. Yanev said, adding that 12 new projects totaling 123 million euros would create 3400 new jobs. The process of certification of 22 major projects, totaling 186 million euros, also goes on. Over 5000 new jobs will be opened under these projects, Stamen Yanev reported.
