Promoting trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Russia was in the focus of attention at a meeting of the Bulgarian-Russian intergovernmental committee on economic, scientific and technological cooperation held in Varna.
Bulgaria was represented by Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova and Deputy Economy Minister Daniela Vezieva and Russia – by First Deputy Minister of Justice Sergey Gerasimov. “We have an interest in restoring the bulk of bilateral economic cooperation and more specifically trade with Russia,” said Deputy Minister Vezieva.
