The Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has recommended that the Central Election Commission should not open polling stations in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria, due to the high risk to life and health of citizens there. Because of little interest and low number of Bulgarians living there, the ministry does not find it necessary that voting stations should be opened in Ulan Bator - Mongolia, Islamabad – Pakistan, Addis Abeba – Ethiopia.
