Bulgarian Angel Odzhakov was voted Chicago’s Top Cabbie for 2016 in competition with 12,000 licensed cab drivers. The first competition of that type was organized by Chicago Municipality, BITelevision informs. 3,600 out of 11,000 people voted for Angel.
