President Putin’s foreign policy adviser Yuri Ushakov stated in an interview for RIA Novosti that after the election of President-elect Rumen Radev, Moscow was expecting opportunities for more constructive relations with Sofia.
The diplomat made this statement in answer to a question whether he is expecting a normalization in Russia’s relations with Bulgaria and Moldova following the presidential elections in the two counties.
