Afghan who lit Bulgarian flag on fire remains in custody

Afghani Bahir Yanural who set a Bulgarian flag on fire during migrant riots in Harmanli, remains in custody. This was decided by a specialized court. The court says Yanural is dangerous and, if released, might reoffend. The court's decision can be appealed. On November 22 the Afghan was denied refugee status,it was reported. Prosecutors say the young man entered the country illegally. He tried to pass the border with Serbia as his aim was to reach France.
