President Plevneliev sends letter of condolence to Turkish President Erdogan

Incumbent President Rosen Plevneliev has sent a letter of condolence to the President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, expressing sympathy after the bomb blasts in Turkey in which dozens of people were killed and hundreds wounded, the president’s press secretariat has announced. 
“I am deeply shocked by the news of the devastating terrorist attacks in Istanbul in which dozens lost their lives and hundreds were wounded. At this difficult time, when so many families are sunk in grief, the entire Bulgarian nation extends its compassion and sympathy,” the letter reads
President Plevneliev adds he believes that the perpetrators of these acts will be found and brought to justice to the fullest extent of the law. 
Two bomb blasts shook Istanbul on Saturday night, one a car bomb, followed less than a minute later by a suicide bomb attack, killing 38 people and wounded 155.
