The Bulgarian Ministry of Healthcare has expressed its gratitude to all those who paid efforts to help ambulances reach patients in areas that were difficult to access because of the severe winter conditions in Bulgaria.

Seventeen women giving birth called for emergency help in the last days. Reaching addresses in certain regions could only be done with military off-road vehicles. Emergency teams continue to operate in complicated conditions with the help of all institutions.
