Bulgaria’s outgoing Minister of Environment and Water Ivelina Vasileva rejected the complaint of the French company Montupet against an order of the Regional Environment and Water Inspectorate in Ruse issued in November 2016. The regional inspectorate ordered Montupet to halt operation of its Carousel 1 aluminium-casting installation in the factory for manufacture of aluminum parts for the automotive industry.
