Legal advisers of central heating companies will not be able to collect high court fees anymore

Debt collectors and fast cash loans companies will not be able to sue customers who were not informed about the legal proceedings, the Bulgarian National Assembly decided on Thursday. Bulgaria’s Parliament adopted at second reading amendments to the Civil Procedure Code. Thus, legal advisers of central heating companies will not be able to collect high court fees anymore. From now on the Bulgarian court is to determine the fees depending on the amount each customer owes to those companies.
