Bulgaria’s outgoing Minister of Energy Temenuzhka Petkova and her Serbian counterpart-Minister of Mining and Energy Aleksandar Antic signed a memorandum of understanding under the project for construction of gas interconnection link between Bulgaria and Serbia.
