President Rumen Radev vetoes Concessions Act

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev has vetoed the Concessions Act. „It was voted during the last hours of the 43rd National Assembly and with a minimum majority. The Act contains regulations which question the principles of the rule of law and local government. I believe that such key changes must take place following a public debate in line with public interests and the national security”, Rumen Radev said.
