Today at midnight is the deadline when Bulgarian citizens wishing to vote abroad may submit the necessary applications. In order for a polling station abroad to be opened at least 60 applications must be submitted. According to the Central Election Commission, hours before the deadline nearly 40,000 people have filed applications.
