Fitch revises Bulgaria's outlook from stable to positive

Fitch has revised Bulgaria's outlook from stable to positive, the Ministry of Finance has announced. The upgrade is due to the improvement of public finances.

Last night Standard & Poor's also upgraded Bulgaria's outlook and affirmed its sovereign credit rating.
