Premier Borissov in Ankara: Turkey is Bulgaria’s partner on NATO’s south wing

Bulgaria is ready to work actively for the improvement of the EU-Turkey relations, Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov told Turkey’s President Recep Erdogan and Turkey’s Premier Binali Yildirim in Ankara. We should not forget that Turkey is Bulgaria’s partner on NATO’s southern flank, Premier Borissov pointed out. Yildirim thanked Borissov for Bulgaria’s categorical support during the coup attempt in Turkey in July last year and said that Turkey will continue to partner actively with Bulgaria in all spheres.
