Bulgaria’s leading alpine climber Boyan Petrov has told Dnevnik newspaper that on Saturday he climbed Gasherbrum II Peak (8035 m) in Karakoram. This has been his second attempt to conquer the peak after in 2009 he had to give up for the lack of a rope and a partner.
