In the Bulgarian city of Plovdiv police officers have detained 47 illegal migrants, including 16 children, spokesperson of the Plovdiv police Directorate, Anelia Vlahkinova, has reported. The migrants were spotted at 4.00 am today on the road between Plovdiv and Karlovo. Upon detention, foreigners said they were from Iraq. They were transported by two minibuses, it was reported.
