Warships thrown open to the public in Varna

To mark the 138th anniversary of the formation of the Bulgarian Navy, warships will be thrown open to the public in the Black sea city of Varna.

The naval flag will be hoisted at the marine terminal in the city and cadets graduating from the Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy this year will be awarded their first officer rank.
