Bulgaria steps up efforts for recognizing Bulgarian national minority in Republic of Kosovo

Bulgaria has stepped up its efforts, aimed at recognizing Bulgarian national minority in the Republic of Kosovo.

This was what Petar Haralampiev, Chairman of the State Agency for Bulgarians Abroad, said in an interview with BNR. According to him, following the success of recognizing the Bulgarian minority in Albania nearly a month ago, this could also happen in Kosovo, where 50,000 ethnic Bulgarians supposedly live.
