Minister Tsetska Tsacheva meets EU security commissioner Julian King

Bulgarian Minister of Justice Tsetska Tsacheva has met with EU security commissioner Julian King. The two have discussed the priorities of this country in the context of the future Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of Europe. Tsacheva has informed the EU Commissioner that the topic of e-Justice, which includes issues related to collection and access to electronic evidence, is a priority for the Bulgarian Presidency. According to her, the future legislative proposal of the European Commission should send a clear signal to perpetrators of crimes that electronic environment does not guarantee impunity.
