Photo: library

During weekends thousands of Bulgarians from across the country head on a shopping trip to Edirne in neighboring Turkey. According to data from the local Chamber of Commerce and Industry, quoted by Bulgarian diplomatic sources, Bulgarians spent a total of some 50,000 euros a day in Edirne, the BTA reported.
