Talks about Macedonia’s name continue next week in Sofia

Macedonia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Nikola Dimitrov and his Greek counterpart Nikos Kodzias will meet on February 15 and 16 in Sofia, the Independent Balkan News Agency informs. Ministers Dimitrov and Kodzias are expected to discuss the next steps aimed at solving the issue related to Macedonia’s name. The meeting between Nikola Dimitrov and Nikos Kodzias will coincide with the informal meeting in Sofia of the EU Foreign Ministers. The announcement about the forthcoming meeting between the foreign ministers of Macedonia and Greece follows the decision of Skopje to agree with the inclusion of a geographical definition in Macedonia’s new name.
