Boris Johnson voices UK will to make sure bilateral relations continue as they are

Joining the informal meeting of the EU Foreign Affairs Council underway in Sofia, British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson said:

We are proud to have 71,000 Bulgarians in the UK. The UK is the No.1 destination for Bulgarian students. We intend to keep it that way. We also have a huge number of UK tourists, 300,000 a year, coming to Bulgaria, and increasing numbers of UK nationals who live in Bulgaria. We intend to make sure that continues as well.”
