In letters to the Premiers of Poland, Romania, Montenegro, Moldova and Ukraine Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov thanked on behalf of Bulgaria and the Bulgarian people for the participation of people from these countries at the 1877-1878 Russo-Turkish War of Liberation.
