Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev referred to the Constitutional Court a request for binding interpretation of an article from the Radio and Television Act. According to this article, the decision of the Bulgarian National Assembly and the decree of the President to define members of the Council for Electronic Media enter into force simultaneously, although the Bulgarian President and the Bulgarian National Assembly renew their quotas in different periods.
