A twenty six year-old man died and another Bulgarian suffered severe injury in a fire that broke out in Arsenal arms factory on Wednesday. Bulgaria’s Minister of Interior Valentin Radev pointed out that the accident is most probably due to human mistake. In his words, the workers have violated the technological discipline. Over 8,000 people are employed at the Arsenal arms factory which is 100% privately owned. At least 5 accidents occurred at that factory in the past 5 years. The last one happened in 2016 when two workers were killed in a blast.
