Europe must have a strong Social Fund and a strong Cohesion Fund, Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said in Brussels at the Tripartite Social Summit for Growth and Employment.

PM Borissov pointed out that Bulgaria was actively working to strengthen the social framework of Europe, which is a priority of the EU Presidential trio of Estonia, Bulgaria and Austria.

He pointed out that work must be done to overcome existing inequalities on the labor market, especially salaries of women and men; to strengthen the basic social rights of European citizens and, especially, for the inclusion of people with disabilities.
