Bulgarian band Equinox qualifies for Eurovision Grand Final

After the first semifinal of the 63rd edition of the international song contest Eurovision held on Tuesday evening the Bulgarian band Equinox qualified for the Grand Final which is to be held on May 12 in Lisbon. Representatives of 10 countries (Bulgaria, Israel, the Czech Republic, Austria, Estonia, Cyprus, Lithuania, Albania, Finland and Ireland) advanced to the final. The second semifinal will be held on May 11. Last year Bulgaria’s representative Kristian Kostov placed second with his song Beautiful Mess.
