The Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria (CITUB), Podkrepa Trade Union and the European Trade Union Confederation are to lodge a collective complaint with the Council of Europe against Bulgaria. They say that the right of collective bargaining of civil servants has been violated. This was what President of CITUB Plamen Dimitrov said when presenting the union's annual report on violation of labor rights.
