Prime Minister Borissov is in Thessaloniki for fourth "Balkan Four" meeting, update

Prime Minister Boyko Borissov has arrived in Thessaloniki, Greece, for the fourth meeting of the so-called "Balkan Four."

At the meeting Bulgaria, Greece and Romania will be represented by their prime ministers while Serbia will be represented by its president.

Leaders are expected to discuss key refugee and migration issues, joint infrastructure projects and regional stability. A meeting of transport ministers of the four countries will also be held.
