A private aircraft with six persons on board who flew from Bulgaria to Greece on 13 July was not checked by Bulgarian border authorities at Sofia Airport.
Responsible for the blunder is the operator who was in charge of the flight and failed to report to the competent authorities, the Ministry of Interior said.
This has been the second case of this kind in Bulgaria so far this year. In March, passengers from another plane arriving to Sofia Airport from Paris entered this country without any border controls.
