Levski to play next two home games of European football tournaments behind closed doors and pay EUR 40,000 fine

The Bulgarian football team Levski will play its next two home games of the European football tournaments behind closed doors. The disciplinary was handed down by UEFA for racist behavior of fans of Levski football club in the games against Vaduz (Lichtenstein) in the first Europa League qualifier. Levski has to pay EUR 40,000 fine as well. The Bulgarian football team scored one of its poorest performances in the European football tournaments. It lost 1:0 its away game to Vaduz. Later, Levski defeated 3:2 Vaduz in the return game in Sofia, but the team from Lichtenstein qualified for the next round on away goal.
