One more gold medal for Bulgarian athletes at Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires

The mixed Bulgarian couple in acrobatics Mariela Kostadinova and Panayot Dimitrov won a second title at the Youth Olympic Games which continue in Buenos Aires.  

The silver went to Israel and the bronze – to Ukraine. Kostadinova and Dimitrov also grabbed a gold medal a week ago, as part of the multinational sports acrobatics mixed team.

In the hammer throw, 17-year old Valentin Andreev won the silver, coming second only to under-18 world record holder Michael Kohan, Ukraine.

Bulgaria now has 9 medal winners with 9 medals at the Youth Olympics: 4 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze.
