Dimitar Berbatov has finished his autobiography “My way”. The deluxe edition, published by Ciela, will have its official premiere on 10 November.
In “My way” Bulgaria’s brightest 21st century football star tells the story of his life – the luck he has had and his successes in football, the difficulties he has encountered, his friends and family… The inspiring story of a simple Bulgarian boy and the road he travelled to reach the peaks of world football, is told in the space of 500 pages. Recounted with disarming candor, his story gives answers but also food for thought. The book features hitherto unpublished photographs of the footballer, and the foreword is by Sir Alex Ferguson, manager of Manchester United for many years – the team which brought fame and glory to Berbatov.
With his 48 goals for Bulgaria’s national squad, making him top national scorer of all time, Dimitar Berbatov has earned a place in the Bulgarian national football hall of fame.
