Valeri Simeonov dismissed as chairman of National Council for Cooperation on Ethnic and Integration Issues

On a proposal from Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, the government has taken the decision to dismiss Deputy Prime Minister Valeri Simeonov from the post of chairman of the Council of Ministers’ National Council for Cooperation on Ethnic and Integration Issues.

The post of chairman of the council will be taken over by Deputy Prime Minister Tomislav Donchev. The National Council assists the cabinet in developing and pursuing ethnic and integration policies.
