It is my honor and pleasure to take part in the opening of the new Istanbul airport, taking place on the national holiday of neighboring and friendly Turkey - October 29. This was what Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov told Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
PM Borissov expressed his conviction that the new Istanbul airport was a significant step in the realization of infrastructure connectivity of the region with the EU, which was among the priorities of the Bulgarian presidency of the Council of EU.
