31 companies represent Bulgaria at 84th International Green Week in Berlin

The International Exhibition on Food, Agriculture and Gardening in Berlin which will be held between January 18 and 28 gathers exhibitors from 65 countries. Bulgaria will again take part at the 84th International Green Week with its own pavilion. It will be represented by 31 companies. Some of them are specialized in the production of organic products, honey, essential oils, wine, as well as shiitake mushrooms. The shiitake mushroom is also known as the Emperor’s mushroom. It has many therapeutic properties and is used in the treatment of diabetes, cancer and stroke. The German capital has been hosting the International Green Week since 1926. The international exhibition proved that the novelties in agriculture and food industry can be successfully combined in the name of the development of the sector.
