Hungary will continue to support Bulgaria’s Schengen accession: Péter Szijjártó

Bulgaria’s Deputy Premier for Economic and Demographic Policy Mariana Nikolova met with Hungary’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó within the frameworks of her official visit to Budapest. Péter Szijjártó assessed highly the Bulgaria-Hungary relations accentuating on the political and economic ties between the two countries.  Minister Szijjártó reaffirmed Hungary’s unconditional support towards Bulgaria’s accession to Schengen. Bulgaria does an excellent job protecting the EU external borders, Péter Szijjártó said during the meeting with Mariana Nikolova.
