Promotion of start-up companies in high technology is equal to investment in the future of the Bulgarian economy, Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev said at a meeting with the Bulgarian Startup Association (BESCO). Some BESCO members have already become successful in Bulgaria and abroad in cyber security, education and cosmic technologies fields, the Bulgarian Startup Association told President Radev. Rumen Radev and representatives of BESCO discussed opportunities to improve dialogue between the small companies and the institutions and use the companies' proven developments in Bulgaria’s national security and defense.
