Bulgaria’s Supreme Prosecutor’s Office of Cassation is investigating this country’s Deputy Minister of Economy Alexander Manolev for misuse of EU funds. According to media publications, Manolev built a private luxurious villa with financing provided by the State Fund Agriculture allotted under the Rural Development operational programme of the European Union.
