The World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) have been helping the Bulgarian Ministry of Transport in organizing the conduct the tender by applying the best world practices. The EBRD is pleased that the concession has attracted 5 international players with extensive experience and proven success, commented Larisa Manastirli, EBRD Director for Bulgaria said.
