Nutrition optimization in Bulgarian kindergartens

Kindergartens in Bulgaria will no longer offer fried foods, changes in the Ordinance on Healthy Nutrition for Children aged 3 to 7 in Children's Facilities, envisage. The project has been published for public discussion on the website of the Ministry of Healthcare. The weekly menu will focus on fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, while meat will have to be with no visible fat. The project envisages not allowing foods containing hydrogenated fats.
