"The Western Balkan countries should do their best for developing good neighborly relations with their EU neighbors. One good example of this is the signing of the agreement between Bulgaria and North Macedonia, which provided a horizon for negotiations with the Republic of North Macedonia." This was what Prime Minister Boyko Borissov said at a meeting with his Macedonian counterpart Zoran Zaev in Poznan at the Berlin Process Summit. He also pointed out that since 1992 Bulgaria has been calling on the Macedonian state for an objective view on historical facts. "We are pleased that gradually and permanently, we hope, the truth about our common history, starts to be publicly stated by top-level politicians in North Macedonia," Borissov said.
