The Bulgarian MPs decided that the new road toll system must be launched until March 1, 2020 at the latest. The road toll system had to start on August 16 this year, but the Bulgarian haulers disagreed with the tariffs that were proposed initially. The money collected from road toll fees should be spent on the maintenance and the development of the road network.
