Bulgarian volleyball team wins silver at CEV U17 Volleyball European Championship 2019

The volleyball team of Bulgaria for adolescents under 17 years of age won the silver medals at the CEV U17 Volleyball European Championship 2019. At the final in Varna the Bulgarians lost 1-3 against the French team. The players of coach Martin Stoev, who won the Balkan Championships two weeks ago, improved their performance at European level from a year ago when they placed fourth at the European Championship in Turkey. This has been the first medal for Bulgaria from such a forum since 2010.
