Visas for foreign students of Bulgarian origin lifted

The requirement for a type D long-term visa for foreigners of Bulgarian origin who are full-time students at higher education institutions in Bulgaria is no longer required. The text was adopted with the latest amendments to the Law on Foreigners in the Republic of Bulgaria and is in line with the policy of this country for facilitating the entry and residence of foreigners of Bulgarian origin on the territory of the country for the purpose of education.
