Over 400 motorcycle travelers from 25 countries gather in Plovdiv for parade of nations

Representatives of 22 European countries, as well as of Turkey, Israel and Lebanon will join the seventh international meeting of motorcycle travelers in Plovdiv, held between September 4 and 8. The meeting aims to present Plovdiv as European Capital of Culture, as well as the traditions, lifestyle, cuisine and the nature of the region. The cultural programme includes visits to Asen’s Fortress and Bachkovo Monastery. A culinary and beer fest, as well as a rock concert will be also held within the frameworks of the event. A light moto parade will be held on September 6, the Unification Day. Later, the participants will join the celebrations. On September 7, a moto parade of the nations will be held in the streets of Plovdiv, which will end with the concert named Bulgarian Folklore Through the Eyes of the World.
