Interior Minister Mladen Marinov: Attempts by migrants to enter Bulgaria from Greece are up

The Bulgaria-Turkey border is guarded well, the necessary facilities have been put up, said Interior Minister Mladen Marinov.

However he stated that the attempts by migrants to enter Bulgaria from Greece have gone up. Minister Marinov explained that additional teams of police and gendarmerie have been dispatched to the border with Greece. In his words the use of army units for protection is not necessary at this time.
