Ivet Lalova places 7th at Women’s 200 meters final at World Athletics Championships in Doha

Bulgaria’s athlete Ivet Lalova placed 7th at the Women’s 200 meters final at the World Athletics Championships in Doha. Qatar. This was the third final in the career of the thirty five-year-old Bulgarian athlete. Dina Asher-smith (Great Britain) finished first with a national record of 21.88 seconds. Britney Brown (USA) placed second with the best performance of her career. She stopped the clock at 22.22 seconds. Mujinga Kambundji (Switzerland) earned the bronze medal. She stopped the clock at 22.51 seconds.
