Bulgarian students among the best at international science competitions

Sofia Tech Park is hosting the Science Bricks Initiative. The aim is to promote the achievements of students – winners of medals from international science Olympiads. Leading scientists present their interesting findings and hypotheses, inspiring teachers and some of Bulgaria’s most successful students. This is a science charity show that is to provide more support to clever Bulgarian children on their way to new successes. Students from high schools all over Bulgaria achieve successes, but the difficulties start after the national team for each science is formed, as demand for sponsorship and additional fundraising are inevitable. However, the support of the state authorities has been increasing in recent years, Mr. Goranov said.
